Chilkat Charset simplifies international character encoding conversion. It supports
the conversion of any character encoding to and from Unicode and utf-8. It supports
direct conversions among the alternative character encodings for Japanese, Chinese,
Korean and other languages. For example, one can convert directly from Shift-JIS
to iso-2022-jp. Supports all major languages including Arabic, Chinese Simplified,
Chinese Traditional, Cyrillic, Greek, Hebrew, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese,
and all Western Languages. Also includes functions for converting HTML files and
Web pages.
