ClockLock 		Description:

A Windows service which continually checks whether the logged in user is authorized to use the computer at this time. If not, then it forces the user to logoff and remains locked until the unrestricted interval begins.
Can be used by parents to control the time their children spend on the computer. It makes sure the computer is not used excessively.
