Pixel Editor has an arsenal of specialized tools for working with images, letting you create pictures as sophisticated as your skills allow. You can use pen, brush, airbrush, ellipse, rectangle, line, curve tools to paint your image, and modify it with drop shadow, opacity, smooth, negative, grayscale, colorize, rotate, roll and mirror effects. Drawing smooth lines and shapes with antialiasing, rolling, shifting and rotating images will be as easy as ABC.

Pixel Editor can freely import and export various graphic files: .png, .bmp, .jpeg, .gif, .wbmp, etc. Resampling images with smooth, copying and pasting images to other applications, printing images - those are only some of the full list of features you'll like, so give this free software a try.
