You can see your BMI, top 5 of your nutritional intake and compare your nutritional intake with a recommended one. You dont have to count carbohydrates, calories or other factors anymore. The program automatically makes detailed tables and graphs of everything so that you can see all of the values and totals at a glance. After your have filled in a few days the program can analyse your food intake more accurately and create more meaningfull graphs and trends. You can plot your nutritional intake and see how it affects your weight. In the long term statistic screens you can see trends, a top 5 of your nutritional intake, compare your nutritional intake with the recommended one and see summaries and totals.
