FileMed 3.1 build

Varsur Corporation

FileMed
Description:

In general terms, FileMed is a program designed to satisfy the needs of a Medical Office, and in particular, to file Medical Records and patients images and graphics in a database format, manage the times for the appointments and issue prescriptions and medical referrals in a highly customizable manner, making it easy to configure by the user.

The images may originate from endoscopy devices, video acquisition cards, scanners, graphic files, screen captures, etc. The program provides the appropriate means to incorporate each of these items.

The Clinical Records as well as the images and prescriptions can be printed. FileMed also has the unique capability of customizing Personalized Clinical Records for any medical specialty, and the possibility to attach diagnosis reports according to the International Classification of Diseases ICD-9CM and ICD-10.

The Appointments module is also customizable and very flexible, thus allowing the setup of days and the time for each appointment, appointment timetable bands, duration of each appointment, bank holidays, non-working days and the addition of extra (non-scheduled) appointments.
