If you often have programs that "hang" or stop responding, or you ever need to terminate tasks to avoid conflicts with other applications, Tech-Pro Terminator provides a simpler and quicker way to close them than using the Windows Task List. It can be run instantly from a desktop or QuickLaunch toolbar shortcut, or from the Tech-Pro Utilities menu.
When started, Tech-Pro Terminator displays a list of running tasks, with the program icon beside each one to help you identify them. Click on a task, and the program shows the publisher, product name and file description taken from information embedded in the executable file. This will help you identify the task and decide whether it is safe to terminate it or not. Click the Terminate button to end the selected task.
Tech-Pro Terminator requires the Tech-Pro Utilities Startup package to be installed. This package contains the run-time files that are required by this utility. Tech-Pro Utilities are donationware - if you like them, donate a few dollars.
