Interactive soccer rules is a cool software for learning the basic rules of soccer. It is created with Flash and should be compatible with all new browser versions. It can be used either online or offline which means that it is possible to include it on a CD. It is not necessary to install it because it is bundled as an .exe file. If you wish to view the tool online you will need to download the Flash player.
