Pic Viewer 		Description:

Small viewer program that lets you view almost all graphic files you have on your disk. You can also view all of the picture (zoom out) if you double click on picture. Can receive command line arguments like "viewer.exe {path}/something.jpg". The graphic files supported are JPG, JIF, GIF, BMP, DIB, RLE, TGA, PCX, WMF, using external 32 bit library 'NviewLib.dll' by K. Nishita - also supplied within the zip archive. Many thanks to Kazuhiro Nishita for writing the excellent NViewLib.dll.
